Tracing
We offer a professional and competitively priced tracing service for clients.
We have three levels of tracing available as follows -
Basic Search - this search pulls information that is available from the public record held in multiple locations. The information from this search is normally not updated on a very frequent basis and is suitable for persons who are believed to have not moved recently or changed their details within the last six months. The fee for our basic search is £35 and is payable in all instances.
Full Search - this is our most popular and successful search that pulls recent and relevant information (typically verified data less than three months old) with the subjects address and has a very high success rate. The fee for our Full Search is £49 and is only payable if we provide a trace for the subject or linked associates e.g. spouse or partner at the location.
Full Search with Confirmation - this service includes the Full Search and physical confirmation by way of a sighting at the location to the clients agreed standard e.g. subject vehicle observed at location, photograph of subject at location. The fee for this service is negotiable depending upon the information available from the client as well as the level of confirmation required and includes the Full Search fee shown above.
All prices are plus VAT and information is typically available within 48 hours of instruction.
We are able to offer our Full Search on a 'no find no fee' basis as we are confident in our service and our professional capabilities - this is our motivation for finding the subject and we seek reward only for delivering our promises to our customers.
Please note, we provide tracing services for clients where there is a pre-existing relationship or if the search is a part of a new process serving instruction. We do not undertake traces on behalf of individuals.
